Introduction:
ZCQ self-priming magnetic force drive centrifugal pump is to apply the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to self-priming centrifugal pump, using external mixed axial water pump structure, the pump body is composed of the suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, volute, reflux hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and other components. Reasonable design, advanced technology, with full sealing, no leakage, corrosion resistance. Working principle is the pump starts, in under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and into the air in the liquid line is impeller into air water mixture, stir the mixture into the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute, as at a slower pace, cause gas water separation, air is being exhausted from port pumping liquid, liquid by the inside hole to return to the pump, after many cycles, into the air in the fluid pipeline is net, The formation of a certain vacuum in the pump, to achieve self-priming effect.
